Gemini can machine with an envelope of 2 feet by 3 feet by 5 feet in the Vertical Machining Center. We can turn to a 20” diameter by 5 feet long.
Standard Hardware Structures.
We do all our tooling in house using our toolmakers and machinists. There is no waiting for outside suppliers to make tooling.
The parts are created with a tooling mentality and not being confined to either machine from solid or only stamp from sheet metal. Sometimes if the option is given by engineering we can produce the part the most economical way.
