Gemini Tool is committed to exceeding our customers’ requirements and expectations and continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system as well as satisfying applicable requirements.

Gemini Tool shall be notified of any changes in the product and/or process, sub-suppliers and/or manufacturing facility location.

Gemini Tool shall be notified of any product which is nonconforming to Gemini Tool requirements and be requested to provide a disposition and approval.

Delivery requirements will be clearly communicated on the purchase order. Gemini Tool shall be notified if delivery requirements are unable to be met.

The responsibilities & authorities for all personnel affecting Quality shall be clearly communicated, defined & documented including a Quality Manual.

The contract review activities shall be adequately documented & maintained to ensure that order requirements are understood & are within the organization's capability prior to order acceptance.

Procedures shall be in place to define the criteria for selection and ongoing evaluation of suppliers and are processes in place to prevent the use of counterfeit parts.

Product identification shall be maintained, with traceability recorded when required by the customer.

Planned production activities shall be carried out under controlled conditions, with documentation control/approval of all technical documentation, drawings and data.

Inspection and testing activities shall be performed throughout the process, with the inspection/test status maintained. Data shall be collected and analyzed to evaluate where continual improvements can be made, with continual improvement initiatives documented.

Production Processes where the resulting output cannot be verified by subsequent monitoring or measurement shall be validated, with the results documented.

If validation is required, the documentation shall include criteria for review & approval of the processes, equipment and procedures, as well as qualification of personnel.

There shall be identification, documentation, segregation (where possible) to a designated area, & disposition of non-conforming & suspect product.

Non-conformances shall be investigated & the results documented in a corrective action report that identifies the cause, actions taken and verify the effectiveness.

Is the customer's perception as to whether the organization has fulfilled customer requirements monitored, including quality and delivery performance.

Record retention of 10 years is required for quality records (e.g. Insp. Records). Records shall be available/retrievable to show the effective operation of the quality system.

Gemini Tool, our customers and/or regulatory authorities, will be provided the right of access to applicable facility areas/records pertaining to our purchase order.

Training shall be provided to personnel to ensure that they are aware of their contribution to product quality and service, as well as product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.

If a DPAS Rating is shown on the face or any line of the PO, then this is a “DPAS Rated” order certified for national defense use, and you are required to follow all the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System Regulation (15 CFR part 700).
